An Ayurvedic clinic website and booking flow that answers the only question a first-time patient has: what happens when I walk in?
Kaya's practitioners were fully booked by word of mouth, but the website listed therapies in Sanskrit-heavy copy and buried the booking link. New patients arrived not knowing whether to expect a consultation, a massage or a prescription.
We restructured the site around a first visit walkthrough, then removed every step between intent and a booked slot: one appointment flow, three taps deep, with treatment pages that state duration, preparation and what the visit costs. A sage-and-sand system keeps the clinical content calm and consistent.
The identity in context — selected work and applications.
